HRU's Mission of Service is to provide tailored quality services and support to the customer, internal and external, in the amount needed, the time frame required, and at a competitive price. All activities of this agency will be seasoned with the goal of exceeding the customer's expectation of quality services and provision.

HRU is endorsed by the Regional Managed Care Organization, Trillium Health Resources, and
internationally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
