Strategic Plan & Goals 2022
Human Resources Unlimited, Inc. developed and incorporated an agency Strategic Plan with the ultimate goal of enhancing the quality of services and supports. Please note the following strategic goals:
Strategic Goal One:
To assess the need to expand technology support to the agency in order to address important technology issues, such as hardware, software, protection, ongoing, yearly basis.
Strategic Goal Two:
To continually assess and address accommodation needs for all aspects of the agency.
Strategic Goal Three:
To continually assess the needs of consumers, employees, and stakeholders with regard to supplying services and oversight of operations in a culturally sensitive and diversified means as well as seek
potential employees that are representative of the population served.
Strategic Goal Four:
To supply a mechanism to ensure that the Mission of the agency is fulfilled by supplying competency-based, empirically, sound, individualized training for all applicable employees on a first, manual, and
as needed basis.
